The recycling of retired aircraft is an important part of the aircraft industry chain and 

has significant implications for the development of the aircraft manufacturing industry. 

We handle retired aircraft that have been phased out due to performance obsolescence, 

outdated functions, and economic obsolescence, and reuse them mainly in the following 

ways: converting passenger planes into cargo planes, recycling eligible parts, producing 

educational or vocational training tools, and creating aviation culture-related products. Our

 retired aircraft value reuse is currently mainly focused on two areas: the "passenger-to-cargo

" project for passenger aircraft and the recycling of aircraft materials and components. The

 "passenger-to-cargo" project involves the permanent conversion of multiple modified aircraft

 types into cargo aircraft, which will gradually alleviate the shortage of air cargo capacity 

in China as the industry continues to develop. The recycling of aircraft materials and components

 involves the dismantling of entire aircraft designs. Our aircraft dismantling and material 

reuse has been widely recognized in the international market, with the total value of the

dismantled aircraft increasing by more than 20% compared to directly selling used aircraft, 

and the percentage of usable parts reaching over 90%. The future recycling of retired aircraft

will have broad market potential in terms of both economic and social benefits.
